Toilet Hire Checklist!

Before your event take a moment to ask yourself these following questions. Our aim is for everything to run as smoothly as possible and we want to work with you to achieve this.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS : Please ensure you have read through the terms and conditions carefully. You will have received a copy with your invoice, or click here to download a copy. If you have any questiones please let us know.

  • WATER SUPPLY:
The units don’t need to be connected to a water supply, however if you have booked to have a service access to a water supply is required, if this is not possible please let us know prior to the event so we can make alternative arrangements.

  • POWER SUPPLY
The units need to be connected to a power supply at all times, this can be via a generator or mains socket. We supply the cables to the power source itself. We ask to allow up to 4Kva usage.

  • GUEST NUMBERS : Have I advised of the correct guest numbers?
Failure to do so may result in the capacity of the units not being enough for your event, and incur additional servicing charges. Our aim is for the toilets to be right for the number of guests you are expecting and we can only do this if you are honest with us.

  • Can the units be used all weekend?
Your hire is PER EVENT, this is how we can determine the correct unit for the number of guests you are expecting. Delivery is made the day before your event so that everything is set up in plenty of time and collected by 9am the morning after your event. If you are having any additional events other than the one you advised us about you MUST tell us prior to delivery. If you have booked a service for a second event this will be carried out on the morning of that event and we’ll ensure the unit will be ready by approx 11am.

  • INSURANCE : Has adequate insurance been taken out to cover the toilets?
While the units are on your premises, YOU are responsible for them. Depending on which unit you are hiring the value will vary..

    - Duchess, Queen and Shower units should be insured for a minimum of £36,000 per unit
    - Disabled Units £2,500
    - Single Standard Units £1,500 each
    - Fridhe Trailer £12,000 each
All trailer units have hitch locks applied while on hire. The NFU are usually very helpful with this, or Cover Marque https://www.covermarque.com If but if you have any questions please let us know.

  • DECORATIONS : Can I put flowers & baskets in the toilets?
If you would like to put floral displays or a basket of goodies in the toilets then you are perfectly welcome to, all we ask is that nothing is stuck to the walls or mirrors with any sort of adhesive.
